A three-hour workshop of warming asana and pranayama practices to stoke your inner fire and heat the body from the inside out. It’s cold outside, so let’s warm up from the inside!This morning workshop will include:
* a 90 minute asana practice, focused on warming the core, generating internal heat and looking at different approaches to the practice of Surya Namaskar, the sun salutation;
* an exploration of Swara Yoga and the use of pranayama techniques to cultivate digestive fire and inner warmth; and
* an extended yoga nidra relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis
