About this Event

Join us for our "Seasonal slow down: An Autumnal Yoga and Sound mini-retreat," where we’ll experience nourishing practices to unhurry ourselves into the slower seasons.

Led by Lyd, our yang to yin practice will harmonise your breath, body, and mind, before holding shapes for longer amounts of time to invite gentle ease inwards. Following our asana practice, Nathalie will guide you into a blissful live sound bath, enveloping you in soothing sounds for deep relaxation and balance. We will finish with guided journaling to explore your thoughts and feelings, releasing what no longer serves you like autumnal leaves falling from steady trees. We will then have time to connect as a community over a bagel and hot drink of your choice in our cafe. Embrace the wind down and nurture your well-being in this holistic experience at Aida Shoreditch.

Info: Please arrive at 8:45am to settle in before we begin. The morning will start at 9:00am with a Yang to Yin yoga session led by @flowwithlyd, followed by a soothing sound bath at 9:45am with @natvonyoga. At 10:30am, we’ll move into a guided journalling session to reflect and reset. To finish, enjoy a delicious bagel and hot drink brunch served in our café from 10:45am.
