Join us for an immersive evening of acupuncture and sound healing designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself during this seasonal transition.
This experience blends gentle acupuncture with a restorative sound bath to support deep relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and whole-body healing. As you settle into stillness, acupuncture points will be used to help regulate the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural healing response while crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments create a deeply calming meditative environment.
This event is intentionally designed to feel grounding, nourishing, and restorative — a space to soften, release, and receive. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves
