Whether you are new to canning or looking for a fun activity with friends or family, this workshop is designed for all skill levels.

Cottage food operators can earn up to $250,000 in gross sales by producing approved foods in their home kitchens. This class will introduce you to the basics so you can explore this opportunity safely and legally.

Canning Center Policies

1. Closed toe shoes are required.
2. Hair shoulder length or longer must be pulled back and secured.
3. No loose fitting clothing that may get caught on equipment.
4. If you are sick or have flu like symptoms, contact the main office at 904 255 7450.
5. Tickets are nonrefundable. If you are running late or unable to attend, please call the Jacksonville Canning Center at 904 255 7490.
