Join us for a hands-on workshop with Bridget from Nowadays Flowers that blends the art of floral design with the poetic tradition of floriography. You'll learn how to create a stunning seasonal arrangement while discovering the hidden meanings behind different types of blooms and colors. Whether you're crafting for a loved one or simply looking to deepen your own connection to flowers, this workshop will leave you inspired by beauty, symbolism, and intentional design. Taught by Bridget Shannon the Owner of Nowadays Flowers, a cut flower farm and floral design studio on a mission to bring joy and beauty to the community through flowers.
The workshop will include seasonal blooms harvested from flower beds at Nooney Farm. Refreshments including wine, non-alcoholic beverages and small bites will be provided. Participants will be provided all of the flowers and a vessel to take home. Workshop takes place rain or shine.
Space is limited to 12 participants, registration is required.
Cost: $60 suggested donation per person
