I’m so excited to invite you to our very first Seasonal Retreat on
April 26th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Green Pilates Studio.
We’ll dive into two beautiful sessions: a calming sound meditation, followed by tea and cake, and then we’ll plant new seeds creating vision boards for our next chapter.

Both sessions: £45
One session: £20 each
Tea & coffee: £5 extra
