As spring unfolds, nature reawakens in a symphony of renewal, and our bodies, too, transition from the stillness of winter to the vibrancy of the new season. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), spring is governed by the Wood element, corresponding to the liver & gallbladder.
This season encourages us to focus on gentle movement, emotional well-being and gentle cleansing.
Join us for a morning where you will be guided through a series of practices to restore balance and vitality.
We will start with a grounding pranayama (breathwork) practice to settle the mind.
Then you will enjoy a spring focused yin practice with emphasis on gallbladder and liver energies, using long held shapes to lengthen and strengthen your deep connective tissue.
After a nourishing break, everyone will receive a personal acupuncture session designed to balance your energy and set you up for the season ahead.
Spaces are limited to keep this event intimate so early booking is encouraged.
DM YogaWith Aileen or Root Point Acupuncture for further information or to book. €40 is required to secure your space.
