In this culinary workshop, you’ll learn to:
- Plan and prepare meals with sattva (peace and clarity)
- Develop meals with the principles of Ayurveda while creating a harmonious cooking environment.
- Understand the role of prana in food.
- Create a tridoshic balanced meal and explore the optimal proportions of different types of foods
