Holiday Grief Recovery Series: A Season of Healing is a Wednesday-evening series designed to support anyone carrying grief into the holiday season. Melissa Maskell and Elizabeth Becker will guide a small-group experience that blends practical coping skills with a heartfelt sense of community. Each session offers grounding techniques, reflection prompts, and gentle discussion in a confidential space. We’ll explore tools for managing triggers and expectations, setting boundaries, tending to stress and sleep, and creating meaningful rituals to honor loved ones. You’ll leave each time with simple practices to use at home and the steady reminder that you’re not alone.
Format: 1.5 hours on Wednesdays • Each date has its own event.
Who it’s for: Anyone experiencing loss, recent or long-ago, seeking steadiness and support through the holidays
