Hey SDP divers! Let’s kick off the new season the right way. Join us on April 25, 2026 at 10am for our Season Kickoff Clean-Up Dive to help keep our local dive site beautiful and diver ready. Trash and mesh bags will be provided for you. We recommend bringing gloves, a cutting device, tourch, smb, and possibly a small set of pliers. The water temperatures are still between 60-70° depending on the thermocline and amount of rain we receive between now and then, 5mm thermal protection is highly recommended.
The goal is to clean platforms and lines from built up sediment and hooks, and rerun any broken or missing lines.
As a thank-you, every participant gets a free tank of air for their dive. Dust off your gear, bring your gloves, and let’s make a difference underwater and along the shoreline.
