This is an outdoor class and will take place in good weather. If we need to cancel due to weather, you won’t lose your payment - you can reschedule or receive a refund!
⚫ In this class, we combine different stretching techniques to:
- stretch the body in a healthy & safe way,
- improve mobility
- gently increase flexibility
- release tension and connect with your body
The session is suitable for all levels.
