Join Jodene to make two fun seaside themed shaker cards in different styles using the 'Oh Buoy' cutting dies from Spellbinders (which are included in the cost of the class for you to keep).In this class you will learn two different ways to create shaker cards, as well as scene building backgrounds using masking and ink blending techniques. We will also be using the Betterpress Letterpress machine.
Class will run for approx 2 - 2.5hours. Suitable for all skill levels.
Students will need to bring the following:
Waterbased dye inks (distress/oxides or similar). See colour list below.
Archival Ink - Black
Ink blending brushes or blending tools
Foam Tape
Double Sided Tape
Masking paper or removable tape
Liquid glue
Scissors
Tweezers
Mini or small die-cutting machine if you have one
Piercing Tool
Paper Towel & Baby Wipes
Water sprayer
Distress Inks colours I have used in the samples - Salty Ocean, Broken China, Saltwater Taffy (or other light pink), Dried Marigold, Carved Pumpkin, Vintage Photo, Lost Shadow orHickory Smoke.
