That's why Mass General Brigham Health Plan is offering free water at their hydration station, located on Seaport Common next to The Current.
Staying hydrated can support brain function, aid digestion, and strengthen your immune system.
Join us in Boston Seaport from May through September.
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
