Get ready for an awesome in-person womens only Pilates session with a chill vibe. Whether you're a pro or just curious, this party is all about moving, breathing, and having fun together. There will be tea and refreshments to enjoy after class!
*CHOOSE ONE*
First class will be a 60 minute beginner class starting with 15 minutes of meditation and breathwork led by a 45 minute mat routine to strengthen your core, glutes, and arms!
The second class will be a high intensity, 60 minute intermediate to advanced class that provides a more sweat inducing workout for 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute breathwork and stretching session.
