About this Event

Celebrate love and the joy of cooking together this Valentine’s Day with a special date night experience. As chef Todd English famously said, "When there's love in my heart or I'm feeling particularly good, the food comes out that much better." This sentiment perfectly captures the magic of sharing a meal created with care and passion.

In this hands-on class, you and your partner will learn to prepare decadent Beef Wellington, a dish that’s as impressive as it is delicious. Discover the technique for wrapping beef tenderloin in flavorful duxelles (a mixture of browned mushrooms and shallots), delicate prosciutto, and buttery puff pastry. Baked to golden perfection, this centerpiece dish will be paired with a potato and vegetable side dish, and the evening will finish on a sweet note with a classic British dessert.

After preparing your meal, you’ll enjoy it in our Heidelberg Mixology Lab, featuring a romantic view of downtown Columbus, perfect for an unforgettable Valentine’s experience.
