We’re continuing our monthly SEAFOOD NIGHTs, getting ready to push together big communal tables, lay out the brown paper, light up the butter warmer, and boil giant pots of water. These nights are 3 courses and all you can eat, so there’s no scarcity here. Fill up your plate and your soul.
This April’s Mussels are going to be perfect for this wishy washy weather we’ve been having. They are warm and rich enough if the evening is cold but somehow also bright and aromatic if it’s nice enough to eat in the yard. The PERFECT spring broth for seafood!
