In this tactile workshop, we will be discussing the ins and outs of resin art and create an eye-catching and functional serving tray. Under the guidance of your artist host, you will decorate an Acacia wood tray with resin, add color, and work in 'sea wave' swirls. This piece will be a conversation starter and work as a unique serving tray for charcuterie or other snacks. It also makes a perfect a gift, or simply something cool to display around the house.
Yes, resin that has hardened is indeed food safe! To preserve the smooth surface, we recommend handwashing with non-abrasive cleaner. We also do not recommend soaking the dish because wood can expand.
During the holiday season, you have the option to use glitter and different seasonal colors, as seen in the photos.
Tray is 11.5" long x 4.25" wide.
Note: This workshop uses sharp tools and potentially hazardous material and a liability waiver is required. You can review and sign the waiver or at the workshop when you arrive.

In the rare case that no one else is signed up by a few days prior to the workshop time, we will reach out to let you know. If a workshop is cancelled, your ticket will be either refunded or rescheduled, whichever you prefer.
Timing: Resin setting time is generally 24-48 hours to fully set. You can come to pick up the completed piece or have it shipped to you for a small fee to cover shipping and handling.
