Looking for a creative escape this spring? Join us at Art Escape for a fun and relaxing fused glass workshop where you'll design your own stunning sea turtle chime.
This beautiful beach-inspired piece combines colorful fused glass with natural seashells to create a unique decoration that looks amazing hanging on a porch, in a window, or anywhere you want a little coastal charm. Each project is completely one-of-a-kind.
Our instructor will guide you step-by-step as you arrange colorful glass pieces to create your turtle design. No experience is necessary. Just come ready to relax and create something amazing.
Your finished chime will measure approximately 5¾" wide by 16" long once assembled.
All supplies are included, including a variety of hand-drilled seashells used to create the chime strands.
After designing your fused glass turtle, we will demonstrate how to assemble the chime strands. You'll learn how to thread the pre-drilled shells and attach them to complete the piece. All assembly materials will be provided so you can finish your chime at home.
Projects will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup 7–10 days after class.
For safety, all participants must wear safety glasses. You may bring your own with side shields or use the ones we provide.
To prevent glass contamination, all beverages must have a cover or lid. Fused glass classes are beverage-only since we will be working with glass materials.
