Spalhxen (Prairie Gardens) have been managed by Coast Salish people for thousands of years. Traditional Ecological Knowledge points to the relationship between well managed spalhxen and nearshore environmental health. Come join The Salish Sea School in partnership with Coast Salish Youth Coalition to hear about these relationships and learn more about the Coast Salish Youth Coalition's work.
