If you are not ready to capsize and learn rescues, but still want to give kayaking a try… the Quick Start Class is for you! Learn the basics of gear, boat design, launching/landing techniques, and strokes for cruising and maneuvering. This is a fun class to ‘test the waters’ and try something new! In this class you will get a chance to try several different kayaks in varying lengths and styles. Prerequisites: None
