Welcome to the Se7en Waves Sound Vibes Studio Experience
We’re so glad you’re joining us for an evening of sound, stillness, and serenity. Our sessions are designed to help you reset and rebalance from the week while connecting mind, body, and spirit through immersive sound.

Directions to the Vibe Pool Room:
After parking come through the main doors and (feel free to ask the front desk) but go past the front desk and head straight down to where the ballrooms are ( you will pass the hotel elevators on the left, do not go up those elevators) - once you head straight down to where the selfie backdrop is, there will be a sign, you will also see a vending machine. Go up the elevator by the vending machine and hit 2nd floor. It will then open up straight into the Private Vibe Room.

Welcome (15 min)
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to park, check in, and get comfortable. Free Valet/Parking for participants. You’ll be greeted by our team and directed to either the Vibe Room (Level 2) or the Lawn, depending on the weather, dress accordingly for Fall and Spring. Winter sessions will be held indoors.

Phones must remain on silent throughout the session. We ask that you speak softly to maintain the tranquil atmosphere as guests settle in. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the event, doors will close 10 minutes past the hour.
Please be mindful of other participates getting situated. Please stow away personal items by the wall as the sound practitioner may walk around the room with instruments.
Bring with you your comfortable items, such as a mat, pillow, blanket, & eye mask
The hotel provides 12 mats but text ahead of time to ensure there is a saved one if you do not own a yoga mat

Opening Meditation (5 min)
Once everyone is settled, we’ll begin with gentle breathwork and intention setting to ground into the space.

Sound Bath Experience (50 min)
Immerse yourself in a symphony of healing frequencies, from crystal and metal bowls to gongs, chimes, and flutes. Allow the vibrations to melt away tension and reset your nervous system as you sink deeper into stillness. Whether indoors or under the open sky, every note is designed to help you release, restore, and rest.

Closing & Gratitude (10 min)
As the final tones fade, we’ll invite you back with a short guided meditation and reflection moment. Please continue to observe quiet voices and silenced phones until you’ve exited the space. Afterward, hydrate with water and take a moment to reconnect before you head out.

FAQs
How long is the event? You will be there anywhere from 60-75 minutes from arrival to departure.

How should I come prepared? For your best experience, spend the day of your sound bath relaxing and clearing your mind of worries and stress. Eat light and healthy, stay well hydrated throughout your day and focus on breath. Make sure you arrive at the event start time so you can settle yourself into your space. Nourish yourself afterwards at their heirloom restaurant!

Are there facilities? Yes, inside the hotel there are both women and men restrooms.

Are there refunds? Due to the reservation aspect of how our operation works, all ticket purchases are FINAL. Much like a concert, you are reserving a SPOT. If you were to purchase tickets to see a concert of your choice and you could not make it - they do not transfer your tickets or give you refunds due to the fact they have to pay out artists and venues. The same applies for a Se7en Waves Sound bath.

Is it safe to attend if I am pregnant? Due to the unique nature of each individual's body and the special journey we embark on, we kindly request that you consult with your doctor before purchasing any tickets as they are non-refundable. Please note that Se7en Waves Sound Vibes and it's co-collaborators are not medical providers.

Seizures / Metal Plates? Should you have a medical condition, please talk to your health care provider. We do not recommend anyone with seizures or metal plates attend a sound bath.

Is this ADA Accessible: Yes, this experience is ADA accessible; however, accessibility is limited. Please contact us ahead of time to request accommodations.
