Orange County Model Sailing Club to Race VO70 in SCYA 2022 Midwinter Regatta.The Orange County Model Sailing Club (OCMSC) of Irvine, CA, will host an RC model yacht regatta for The Southern California Yachting Association’s (SCYA) Annual Midwinter Regatta, the West Coast’s largest yachting event.
RC Skippers will race the VO70, a scale model RC sailboat inspired by the legendary 70-foot Volvo ocean racing monohulls, on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Mason Park in Irvine California. Here’s the link to register:
