Each session invites you to explore a different artistic medium while nurturing mindfulness, self-expression, and a sense of balance.
From the bold contrasts of Set in Ink, Revealed in Light to the hands-on storytelling of Sculpt Your Story: Air-Dry Clay Creations, you’ll discover new ways to express yourself through form, texture, and light. Explore personal well-being through The Art of Self-Care and Wellness, find harmony in Light and Balance, and draw inspiration from the natural world in Tide and Texture. In Catch the Light, you’ll play with illumination and reflection, while Circles of Creativity guides you through the meditative beauty of mandala-making.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned creatives alike, this series is less about perfection and more about process—an opportunity to slow down, experiment, and leave each class feeling refreshed, inspired, and creatively recharged.
6/24 Sculpt Your Story: Air-Dry Clay Creations: Get your hands in clay and create something both beautiful and functional, choose to make a phone stand, ring holder, or incense burner. While your piece dries, you’ll craft a small intentional clay token with a meaningful word to carry with you. This calming, hands-on experience supports mindfulness, boosts mood, and encourages self-expression- plus, you’ll leave with art you’ll actually use every day.

7/8 The Art of Self- Care and Wellness: Indulge in a soothing, hands-on self-care experience as you create your own custom bath soak and luxurious whipped soap scrub, choosing from a variety of calming scents and ingredients. This relaxing workshop supports stress relief, eases muscle tension, and encourages intentional self-care, helping you build routines that restore both body and mind.
7/15 Light and Balance: Explore creativity and self-discovery in this calming mandala workshop. You’ll design a stained-glass style mandala using vibrant tissue paper, then draw your own original piece. To close, you’ll receive a guided interpretation worksheet offering insight into both your inner and outer world. This mindful process promotes balance, emotional well-being, and a deeper connection to yourself.
7/22 Tide and Texture: Create a serene, textured beach-inspired canvas using real sand, shells, sea glass, and subtle shimmer. This calming, hands-on process encourages mindfulness, reduces stress, and helps you stay present, while the soft coastal tones bring a soothing, peaceful energy to your finished piece.
7/29 Catch the Light: Create a sparkling prism sun catcher to fill your space with dancing light, plus a personalized beaded keychain that’s both beautiful and functional. This calming, hands-on experience encourages focus and relaxation through simple, repetitive design. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and with two pieces that brighten your day long after class ends.

Individual classes: $45 | $35 for members
A $15 supply fee is payable directly to the instructor at each class.
