Learn to teach Sculpt in 3 days with this weekend intensive training module.Join Lead Sculpt Trainer, Brandy Ludwikoski, ERYT-200, YACEP, NASM-CPT and NASM-CGPT, to break it all down! This training will give you the tools needed to not only teach Sculpt, but will also give you a deeper understanding of your own Sculpt Practice. We’ll cover all the basics needed to safely and effectively craft your own Sculpt Class, and give you the foundation to build a challenging, yet accessible, and always FUN Sculpt experience for yourself and your students. By the end of our weekend together, you’ll have a sequence, a playlist and teaching experience in your back pocket. To put it simply, you’ll be ready to rock by Monday!
Dates: Friday - 5pm-8pm, Saturday - 12:30am-7pm, Sunday - 7-9am.

*How to catch a beat and the role that music plays in your class experience
*Principles of Teaching, including: finding your voice, cueing, breath work, adjustments, demonstrating, setting the stage, coaching and inspiring, making it accessible and making it YOU!
