• 50 minute mat pilates class
a full body mat pilates class focused on precision, strength, and low impact intensity. open to all levels.

• 45 minute post class social
stay after class to mingle, meet new people, and ease into your morning. come solo or with a friend. you will leave with more. it is kinda the whole point.

includes:
– botanical recovery mocktails
– build your own bloom bar
– curated vendors

• giveaways + surprises
a few extra touches throughout the morning. everyone leaves with something.
