Join us for a feel-good morning Pilates session designed to wake up the body, stretch things out and get your weekend off to the best start. Afterwards, stay and enjoy matcha and brunch with the group — the perfect slow Saturday ritual.

Please bring your own mat and arrive early so we can begin promptly at 9:00am.

We expect this event to sell out, so make sure to book your spot early.

After class, unwind with matcha and good company before sitting down for brunch at 10:00am from our Saturday brunch menu.
