Sculpt Mat Pilates:
We’ll begin with a 30-minute mat Pilates class, focused on core strength, posture, stability, and controlled movement. Expect mindful sequencing that builds connection to your body and sets the foundation for confident movement. We will provide mats and equipment!
Self-Defense Workshop:
After class, we’ll transition into a 30-minute self-defense workshop centered on awareness, boundary-setting, and approachable techniques you can apply in real-life situations.
