For this Adventure Ladies experience, we’re heading underwater… literally!
We’ll be doing a Scuba Discovery Lesson with the instructors at Scuba Adventures Plano — a beginner-friendly introduction to scuba diving designed for women who have always been curious about what it feels like to breathe underwater.

This is NOT a certification course and you do NOT need any scuba experience. This is a relaxed, guided “try scuba” experience where you’ll learn the basics in a safe indoor heated pool with professional instructors by your side the entire time.

During this experience, you’ll:

✨ Learn basic scuba safety and equipment
✨ Discover how buoyancy and underwater breathing work
✨ Practice a few beginner scuba skills
✨ Experience what it feels like to actually breathe underwater
✨ Step outside your comfort zone in a fun and supportive environment

All scuba equipment is included, and the instructors will guide us step-by-step. This is perfect for adventurous beginners, bucket-list seekers, or anyone curious about future scuba travel adventures. 🌎🐠

One of the things I love most about Adventure Ladies is getting to try experiences many of us never would have done alone — and this definitely feels like one of those unforgettable “I can’t believe I did that!” moments. 💙
