In this soul-centered workshop, I’ll guide participants through embodied inquiry, intuitive awakening, and gentle recalibration to their own truth. We’ll explore how wisdom speaks through the body, how to recognize signals of “yes” and “no,” and how to trust what we know — even when we can’t explain it. The session will close with a channeled message for the group.
