Dive further into your entrepreneurial journey by participating in our Scrum Sprint! A scrum sprint is a structured, two-week work cycle where individuals and teams commit to specific tasks, meet daily for short check-ins to share progress, and address any challenges that arise. It’s designed to help teams stay aligned, adapt quickly to changes, and steadily move toward their goals with regular reviews and adjustments to improve efficiency and accountability.
What you can expect to learn:
- Practical Scrum Experience: you'll gain hands-on experience with Scrum, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Improved Team Dynamics: you'll learn how to enhance collaboration, communication, and problem-solving within a team setting.
- Actionable Progress on Goals: you'll leave with tangible progress on their projects, having achieved specific, measurable outcomes through the sprint process

Workshop schedule:
1. Sprint Planning Meeting (1 hour) | November 4th | Sprint Planning at 20Fathoms (in-person or virtual): 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
2. Daily Scrum Zoom Meeting (15 minutes daily) | November 5th-14th: 11:45 am - 12 noon
3. Sprint Review / Retrospective Virtual Meeting (1 hour) | November 15th: 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
About the presenter:
As a Certified Scrum Master, Organizational Coach, and Consultant, Lisa Carbonell specializes in cultivating authenticity, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning using an Agile framework. She helps individuals and teams across diverse sectors—entrepreneurs, creatives, and social justice advocates—to achieve their vision, mission, and goals. With a master's education in Applied Behavioral Science and Organizational Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, she blends empathy and expertise, enabling teams to discover, promote, build, and launch their dreams.
