The ancestors discovered the power of the drum to harmonize our mind, body, and spirit as well as create healing, expression, and release of our shadow and Dis-ease. This class introduces different kinds of medicine drums and percussion from around the world and explores healing that each can provide. Expect to dance, play drums, and sink into mindfulness in this class. We will also explore the merging of the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Masculine to create the holy trinity within your own being.
