Course Overview

Agile Scrum Master Certification is designed to equip professionals with practical knowledge and skills required to lead Agile teams using the Scrum framework. The program focuses on Agile principles, Scrum roles, ceremonies, artifacts, and real-world application of Agile methodologies to improve team productivity and project outcomes.

Beyond theory, the workshop emphasizes hands-on learning and real project application.

Participants will engage in Agile simulations, Scrum exercises, and scenario-based discussions to build confidence in facilitating Agile teams. By the end of the program, learners will leave

with a structured Agile implementation roadmap and practical tools to effectively perform

Scrum Events – Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Scrum Artifacts – Product backlog, sprint backlog, and increments
Agile Planning Techniques – User stories, estimation, and prioritization
Agile Team Collaboration – Building self-organizing teams.
Day 2 – Scrum Master Skills & Implementation
Role of the Scrum Master – Leadership and facilitation responsibilities
Removing Impediments – Identifying and resolving team obstacles.
Agile Metrics & Performance Tracking – Velocity, burndown charts, and KPIs
Agile Communication Techniques – Stakeholder engagement strategies.
Continuous Improvement – Retrospectives and feedback loops
Scaling Agile Concepts – Overview of Agile scaling frameworks
Agile Implementation Challenges – Managing resistance and change.
Toolkit–Agile Implementation Roadmap–Creating a structured Agile adoption plan
