About this Event

Scrum is an Agile framework that helps teams work collaboratively to deliver value in small, manageable increments. It has gained momentum because it encourages innovation, adaptability, transparency, and faster productivity improvements across organizations.

A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a professional who supports teams in effectively applying Scrum, an Agile principle for project management. They help ensure Scrum practices are followed, facilitate collaboration, remove obstacles that may hinder progress, and promote continuous improvement within the team.

As a Certified ScrumMaster, you will be recognized as part of a distinguished Scrum Alliance community, whose members are trusted Scrum professionals guiding project teams to success.

This two-day Certified ScrumMaster training is led by Scrum Alliance Trainers (CST’s), recognized worldwide for their expertise and high standards in Agile coaching.

  • Exam fee is included with the course fee
  • Free 2-year membership with Scrum Alliance
  • Lifelong access to resources & materials
  • ScrumMaster toolkits & templates

At its core, Scrum organizes work into short cycles called sprints, where teams focus on completing a set of prioritized tasks. It emphasizes:
  • Collaboration among cross-functional team members
  • Continuous feedback through regular reviews and retrospectives
  • Flexibility to respond to changing requirements
  • Incremental delivery of usable outcomes
  • Clear roles and responsibilities, such as the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team

Organizations adopt Scrum because it can:
  • Speed up delivery of products or solutions
  • Improve team accountability and communication
  • Encourage experimentation and innovation
  • Reduce waste by focusing on high-value work
  • Adapt quickly to customer or market changes

  • Explain the differences between framework and methodology and understand why Scrum is called a framework.
  • List 5 ways to develop an Agile mindset.
  • Illustrate 2 differences between Agile and Scrum and explain why these two terms cannot be used interchangeably.
