Does your attention span feel out of your control? Do you find yourself opening your phone, mindlessly scrolling on social media, and a mere 10 minutes later...WAIT, it's been an hour? An hour that could've been well-spent, but you don't remember an ounce of the content you just consumed?
Through this workshop, attendees of all ages will walk away with an actionable 3-step plan to cut down on social media usage and live in the present without constant digital comparison. Screens might be ubiquitous in 2026, but it's still possible to commit to less scrolling and take back our most valuable asset: our TIME. No more mindless scrolling - this year, we're utilizing social media with intention, leaning into activities that truly bring us joy, and implementing small digital shifts that make big impacts on our social and emotional wellness.
About the Speaker:
Jaden Yanovitz is the PR & Marketing Coordinator at Leading Lady Coaching, a networking ecosystem offering in-person and online programs, events, and resources for women entrepreneurs nationwide. Three years ago, Jaden decided to challenge herself. As a busy undergraduate student juggling classes, internships, and a social life, she pledged to quit Instagram for one year and developed a 3-step plan to do just that. Today, Jaden shares actionable tips with community members of all ages and backgrounds focused on gaining our time back and cutting down social media usage.
