Scripture and Sweat: 90 Minutes of Intention

The session is intentionally structured to maximize your mind-body connection:

1. Warm-Up: 45 Minutes of Study & Community We begin with a seated, focused Christian Bible study and discussion time. This is a chance to deepen your roots in the Word, share encouragement, and connect with others in a relaxed, communal atmosphere.
2. Ignition: 45 Minutes of Heated Mat Flow Immediately following the study, we transition into a high-energy, music-driven mat workout. This full-body session is performed in a heated room, promoting detoxification, increased flexibility, and a truly invigorating, sweat-inducing experience.

Women only: This event is a dedicated space for women to build comunity and strength.

Infrared Heated Room: The studio utilizes gentle infrared heat to enhance your workout and flexibility. Please ensure you are well-hydrated before you arrive.

Venue/Parking: There is free parking on Oak Park Avenue and paid parking on Madison St.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and prepare.
