Scribendi is turning 40! Join us on Saturday, April 18 at Hodgin Hall Alumni Center as we celebrate four decades of publishing art and literature at the University of New Mexico.This anniversary gathering is especially for Honors College alumni who previously served as Scribendi student staff, learning the ins and outs of literary publishing by reading submissions, editing, designing, fundraising, and building connections throughout the creative community. We’re excited to welcome you back to reconnect with fellow alumni, meet current staff, and celebrate Scribendi as a lasting example of experiential education, a true third space on campus, and a launchpad into creative industries.
The gathering kicks off at 4 p.m., followed by a magazine release party at 6 p.m., where students will share work from the newest edition of Scribendi.
