Currently living and writing from Wisconsin, Ken Miyamoto will speak on life as a working screenwriter, how to get in the industry, selling scripts, using AI and more. Ken has worked in the film industry for over two decades, most notably as a studio liaison for Sony Studios and as a script reader and story analyst for Sony Pictures.
Ken’s professional screenwriting career began with a development deal with Lionsgate, followed by writing assignments for produced projects like the miniseries Blackout and the feature thriller Hunter’s Creed. In the past few years, Ken has written ten Lifetime thrillers that have been produced and distributed on Lifetime, Amazon Prime, and iTunes, including M**der on Maple Drive, Psycho Intern, Hider in My House, The Bear Lake Murders (debuting on Lifetime January 12th).
