🎬 The Haven in Stonehaven is pleased to host a community screening of 2 episodes of a documentary series - Roots So Deep - on how adaptive grazing can support climate resilience and local food systems.🦬hashtag#RootsSoDeep is a documentary series about inventive cattle farmers, their animals and land, and a group of maverick scientists, researching whether a type of cattle grazing that mimics the way bison once roamed the land, can be a tool for environmental health and climate change mitigation.
🍿There will be refreshments and snacks from locally grown produce available, and space for discussion about the issues touched on in the documentary. We're keen to have diverse views from the community on how food systems change can happen, that helps connect people with locally grown food and the people that produce it.
