On Wednesday, January 14th, we will be screening the documentary Positiv – the History of HIV in Norway. A panel of survivors will discuss the movie right after the screening. Survivors share their experiences from living with HIV in the 1980s and -90s and give us an important insight into what it was like to receive a death sentence. This is a story about stigma, secrecy, exclusion, and anxiety. But equally as important, it is also a story about solidarity, community, political engagement, and the fight to live – and about a younger generation choosing to live without fear.
This screening is possible thanks to MAC Cosmetics, and their talented make-up artist will be present and offers Viva Glam tutorials to all our guests from 17.00 on the top floor of Vega kino.
