About this Event
Be among the first to experience PBS North’s locally produced segments from the collaborative documentary series Minnesota and the American Story. We will be showcasing highlights from two pivotal chapters: 250 Years and Revolutionary Roots.
Step inside the PBS North Studio for a deep dive into our state's unique contributions to the American narrative. Whether you are a veteran, a history buff, or a curious neighbor, this event offers a unique look at the military and cultural heritage that shaped our region.
Following the screening, stay for an intimate Q&A session with Chris Brown, PBS North Production Manager. Having been directly involved in the production of both documentaries, Chris will provide "behind-the-scenes" insights into how these local stories were brought to life.
Enjoy some delicious BBQ, great conversation, and the opportunity to meet representatives from the Bong Center and Duluth Honor Flight.
With the Fourth of July just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to gather as neighbors, veterans, and history buffs to reflect on what that legacy means right here in our corner of the country.
