About this Event
This is a beginner Silk Screen Printing Class. You will learn how to silk screen using Cricut adhesive vinyl as a stencil. This skill is great to learn if you are interested in making personalized gifts or starting your own print making business.
The instructor will explain a silk screening technique and stencil making using the Port City Makerspace's Critic Maker machine. This is a hands-on class. Students will learn how to W**d vinyl graphics and apply them to silk screens. Students will then learn how to apply paint and print graphics on notecards, wood and fabric. Making art is fun! Invite family and friends to join you in this class!

This class needs a minimum of 1 attendee to run

Instructor Bio:
Tricia Mansfield is a member/maker at Port City Makerspace and serves on its Board of Directors. Tricia works with a variety of mediums including wood, paint, textiles and vinyl cut outs. She enjoys crafting and making things and believes there is a maker in everyone!
Attendees who are not yet vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to wear a mask and social distance.
