Take a deliberate pause from the constant pull of notifications and rediscover what it feels like to be truly present at one of Singapore's most iconic wellness destinations.
Tryve's signature phone-free event returns in a stunning new setting: COMO Singapore's Skybar, a sanctuary renowned for its philosophy of holistic wellness and intentional living.

There is no better backdrop for slowing down this May.

Surrender your phone and move through a curated morning of grounding practices, reflective exploration, and sensory stillness, culminating in a COMO Shambhala tea tasting experience designed to bring you back to your body and the present moment.

Across 3 immersive hours, you will be gently guided from the inside out.
The Morning Journey

10.30am Arrival and registration. Settle in, hand your phone over to our phone hotel, choose your seat, and let the morning begin.

10.40am Welcome and grounding. An introduction to the space, the story behind Tryve, and a gentle flow-check to ease you into a mindful headspace.

10.50am Guided meditation and breathwork with guest instructor Katie, followed by a personal intention-setting exercise to anchor your morning.

11.10am Reflective practice stations. Begin with 10 minutes of guided journaling led by Tryve's founder Tiffany, then move freely through three themed stations at your own pace to explore your present and future selves including writing a letter to future you. Bring along a book you've been wanting to read, journaling materials or other silent activities you've been wanting to explore if you'd like.

12.20pm COMO Shambhala Tea Tasting. A grounding sensory workshop using ginger, lemon, and honey, exploring how taste, aroma, and intention can anchor us in the present moment.

12.50pm Social Time - in a world where it's difficult to meet new people in person, let's change the narrative and meet at least one new friend before leaving! (if you want)

1.20pm Closing circle.
1.30pm End of event. You are warmly welcome to stay on and enjoy COMO Singapore's lunch service.
