Come yell it all out—literally. Whether you’re overwhelmed, curious, or just need a reset, this is your permission to be loud and human.

This monthly Scream Meetup is a FREE guided, judgment-free space to release stress, pent-up emotions, and everything you’ve been carrying lately.

After the scream, stick around for a social with friends at a local restuarant

• 5:30-5:45pm check in
• 5:45-6:15pm mindfulness and scream (free)
• 6:15-6:30pm hug, cry, make a new friend, be kind
• 6:30pm friend social at a local restaurant

We’ll start by grounding together in a mindfulness session, then move into a collective scream session designed to help you release, reset, and laugh a little along the way.

No performance, no pressure—just real humans showing up and letting go together. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and strangely energized, with a sense of connection that only comes from doing something a little unhinged… together.

Bring friends, make new ones, and yell it out.

This is not a singles event. Open to anyone 18+
