Jazz Appreciation Month begins on Saturday, April 4, with the 5th Annual Scottsdale Jazz Festival Premiere Party at Kierland After Dark inside the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, from 6:00–10:00 p.m.Hosted by jazz saxophonist and festival founder Doc Jones, the evening features live performances by Carmela Ramirez, Cold Shot & The Hurricane Horns, and Eloni Yawn. Guests will enjoy a New Orleans–inspired dinner buffet, curated beverages, and live jazz in an outdoor desert-evening atmosphere.
The Premiere Party sets the tone for a month focused on live music, education, and community engagement.
