During the walk we will take advantage of some Minneapolis icons during the golden hour. These include the Boom Island Lighthouse, Boom Island Park, The old steel bridge to Nicollet Island, and the Grain Belt sign. We will be walking for about 2 miles basically making a loop around Nicollet Island with a side trip over the Hennepin Avenue Bridge.Our timing should be good for some fall color along the river. Peak colors will still be about a week away, but hopefully we get some early color. Reflections of the trees in the river can make for some. really nice shots.
