Scotland's Mental Health First Aid Training

EPIC Wellbeing and Transform Therapy are partnering to bring Scotland’s Mental Health First Aider (SMHFA) Training to Paisley . This nationally recognised programme is designed to give people the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing mental health difficulties.

This 2 day course covers:

✅ Understanding mental health and common difficulties

✅ Recognising signs of distress

✅ How to listen and respond effectively

✅ Supporting someone in crisis (including suicide intervention)

✅ Reducing stigma and building supportive environments

Whether you are an individual looking to increase your awareness or an organisation seeking to strengthen staff wellbeing, SMHFA equips you with skills to support and signpost to the appropriate help.

This course is being run on 16th and 17th October.
