Mini First Aid's free family friendly event will teach everyone how to save a life by performing CPR and using a defibrillator. Come along, listen to our demo and have a practice on our manikins. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience or knowledge whether you've never learned before or looking for a refresher
Restart a Heart (RSAH) is an annual initiative led by Resuscitation Council UK which aims to increase the number of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by helping more people learn CPR and become ResusReady.
Each session lasts for one hour with an initial demo and opportunity to practice on our manikins and ask questions.
