Join us on Monday, September 30th, at 7 p.m., at Gordon Commons on the UW-Madison campus for an engaging evening that will include science, guided meditation by Dr. Davidson, and ample time for questions.
In this talk, Dr. Davidson will share the latest findings and insights on meditation, including the many physical benefits that accompany meditation’s mental benefits. Even if you’ve heard Dr. Davidson speak about meditation before, you’re sure to learn new gems that have recently emerged from the growing field of meditation research.
