Las vacunas serán administradas por el Departamento de Salud de St. Joseph.
Preinscríbase para ahorrar tiempo el día del evento!
Si tiene seguro médico, por favor traiga su tarjeta. No es requisito tener seguro para recibir las vacunas.

This vaccine clinic at La Casa de Amistad is dedicated to our children and youth who need their required school vaccinations!
We welcome all students from preschool through 12th grade to attend.
When? Wednesday, March 11
Time? 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Vaccines will be administered by the St. Joseph County Department of Health.
Pre-register to save time on the day of the event!
If you have medical insurance, please bring your insurance card. Insurance is not required to receive vaccines.
