MURPH-STYLE COMMUNITY EMOM: HONOR THE FALLEN
Join us for a FREE community workout as we come together to honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. This high-energy EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) event is open to all fitness levels and built around grit, community, and remembrance.
Led by Veteran, retired First Responder, professional fighter, and head coach- Jeremiah Truhlar.
